I've always been very weary of dealerships, but Anchor Subaru broke any and all concerns I had before going there.. I can't say much about their sales reps, since I haven't bought a car from them yet, but their service staff is great. They are professional yet authentic, I don't feel like I'm speaking to cash grabbing robots when I go there, unlike many other dealerships I've gone to for service. They also seem to care about my car just as much as I do, in terms of how thorough and straightforward they are with what the car needs.. It feels good to have a dealer that feels like they love your car as much as you do, definitely will be buying my next car from them. K Rodriguez

I made the appointment to have the AC checked and repaired on my 2017 Forester, took it into the service department and they were able to repair it in one visit which saved me a 1 hour ride to and from the dealership. I expected that the part would have to be ordered and I had read online that many of the dealerships had the part back ordered so I was impressed that Anchor had the part in stock. The parts manager and his staff are definitely on the ball.
