When I purchased my Subaru Ascent I was interested in adding a remote start option.  My Anchor Subaru sales rep explained my options which included adding a key FOB starter for $600 to $700 installed, or adding the STARLINK package.  I understood the limited range of a key FOB starter having had one in the past.  When they showed me the STARLINK App I saw the option to remote start from anywhere.  Then we walked through the temperature setting options and remote lock & unlock features.  I was sold!  What sealed the deal even more was the 7 year package was half the cost of installing the key FOB remote starter.  It was a no brainer!
