Richard, Phoebe and I wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding efforts that the team at Anchor Subaru expended on our behalf. As you know, we found ourselves in a situation resulting from a rear end collision with our new 2020 Outback. The situation was extremely difficult and worsening as the days progressed. You and your brother, along with Jorge Navarro and many others provided a solution and guided us through the process to an amenable and positive resolution. You didn't have to become involved; nevertheless, you chose to. I wished for a guardian angel and now regard Anchor Subaru as just that. You will always have our gratitude and business.
