Anchor Subaru Recommended Maintenance Schedule
Listed below are the Subaru manufacturer recommended intervals of service and what is included in each.  If you would like to make a service appointment to have any service done from a simply oil change to a major engine repair or to keep up with your maintenance service give us a call at (401)-769-1199 or  click here to email us the best appointment time for you. 

Service A            every 3,750 miles
  •     Replace engine oil and filter
  •     Top off all fluid levels
  •     Inspect wipers and washer operation
  •     Inspect belts and hoses
  •     Inspect all lights and test horn
  •     Multi-point inspection

Service B            every 7,500 miles
  •     Replace engine oil and filter
  •     Top off all fluid levels
  •     Rotate & high speed balance tires & reset tire pressure monitor sensors
  •     Lubricate door latches and hinges
  •     Inspect wheel bearings and CV boots
  •     Inspect all vapor lines
  •     Inspect coolant system
  •     Inspect wipers and washer operation
  •     Inspect parking brake
  •     Test clutch*
  •     Inspect battery condition
  •     Inspect exhaust system and hangers
  •     Inspect all lights and test horn
  •     Multi-point inspection
  •     Road test for final inspection

Service C            every 15,000 miles
  •     Replace engine oil and filter
  •     Top off all fluid levels
  •     Rotate & high speed balance tires & reset tire pressure monitor sensors
  •     Replace air filter
  •     Replace fuel filter*
  •     Replace PCV valve & inspect PCV system*
  •     Perform fuel injection/fuel system cleaner
  •     Lubricate door latches and hinges
  •     Inspect oil level in differential (front and rear)
  •     Test clutch*
  •     Inspect brake system (pads, rotors, wheel cylinders, parking brake)
  •     Visually inspect fuel tank, lines and connections for leaks
  •     Inspect front & rear drive axles and boots
  •     Inspect steering and suspension system
  •     Inspect operation of air conditioning system
  •     Inspect power steering lines and hoses
  •     Inspect exhaust system and hangers
  •     Inspect seat belts, buckles, retractors and anchors
  •     Test turbo operation*
  •     Inspect all vacuum and vapor lines, hoses and connections
  •     Adjust parking brake cables(s)
  •     Inspect all lights and test horn
  •     Multi-point inspection
  •     Road test for final inspection

Service D            every 30,000 miles
  •     Replace engine oil and filter
  •     Rotate & high speed balance tires and reset tire pressure monitor sensors
  •     Replace air filter
  •     Replace fuel filter*
  •     Replace PCV valve and inspect PCV system*
  •     Perform fuel induction service
  •     Replace sparks plugs*
  •     Replace engine coolant*
  •     Replace transmission fluid
  •     Replace differential oil (front and rear)
  •     Replace brake fluid
  •     Lubricate door latches and hinges
  •     Adjust parking brake cable(s)
  •     Clean battery terminals
  •     Inspect spark plug wires
  •     Inspect brake lines, hoses and fluid levels
  •     Inspect front and rear drive axles and boots
  •     Inspect brake pads, disc, drums and linings
  •     Inspect steering gear and linkage
  •     Inspect exhaust system and hangers
  •     Test clutch*
  •     Inspect catalytic converter for damage
  •     Inspect seat belts, buckles, retractors and anchors
  •     Visually inspect engine compartment
  •     Test turbo operation*
  •     Inspect all vacuum lines
  •     Inspect belts and hoses
  •     Inspect and tighten all coolant hoses and clamps
  •     Visually inspect undercarriage
  •     Inspect EGR system
  •     Inspect all lights and test horn
  •     Road test for final inspection
